Depending on your experience/fitness level/needs one or more of the options below is 

best for your situation please consult one of our trainers on what is the best option for 

you:

Beginners (Fundamentals course):

For beginners we offer a ramp-up program which includes fitness and mobility 

assessment, an introduction to Crossfit style workouts and a custom WODbook 

(workout journal):

1. Fundamental Package: 

  • 6 1-on-1 sessions (1 hr each) + unlimited gym access for the month = $285

*Active Military/Police/Fire/Student receive 10% off this price               

“Fundamentals” will be required to participate in group classes.

Intermediate:

If you have taken the Fundamentals course or you are already familiar with Crossfit style workouts and/or Olympic lifting and are assessed by a CFD trainer,  you have the option of:

1. Monthly package for Singles:

  • 2 days/wk = $115
  • 4 days/wk = $135
  • Unlimited = $150

*Active military/Police/Fire/Student Receive 10% off these prices

*If you prepay you are eligible for the following discounts:

6 month - 8% off / 9 month - 10% off / 1 year - 12% off

2. Monthly package for Couples:

  • 2 days/wk = $200
  • 4 days/wk = $240
  • Unlimited = $270

*Must reside in the same address for at least 6 months

*If you prepay you are eligible for the following discounts:

6 month - 8% off / 9 month - 10% off / 1 year - 12% off

3. Punch Card:

  • 24 Punches = $275 (Expires after 3 months)

4. 1-on-1:

  • $40/ hour

*for people who don't like the class environment but would like to learn the movements, Also available for members who would like to perfect their skills in a specific movement                       

5. Refresher Courses:  are available upon request please contact for pricing
                                                         

Advanced:

Based on the vast experience of our trainers (through experience and certifications) we 

also offer the following:  

1. Programming for Crossfit competitors      

  • One on one personal training
  • Sport specific conditioning

2. MMA conditioning                                                         

  • One on one Muay Thai training
  • Muay Thai / CrossFit conditioning sessions

3. Job specific conditioning (i.e. police, firefighter, military)
